Since last year, Michalis had been asking to make a video about me for ERT’s series “A Picture, a Thousand Thoughts.”At the time, I was caught up with preparing the  “Feast”and didn’t have the time or the headspace for anything else. He insisted — once, twice, three times — and eventually, I gave in. He brought the crew into the chaos while we were setting up the exhibition at the Benaki Museum. He connected it with the past, with Trelantonis and Angelos. They also came to the studio, made me read excerpts from the journal, asked me questions, I answered, they lit, they filmed images, sound, words.

Then they wanted to come to the mountains too — to that place where I go to find peace. At first, I hesitated: “There’s nothing there,” I told them. But eventually, they came when I went up. Everyone’s mood shifted in the ampleness of that wilderness, Nikos, also contributed his music—and all things came together. They edited it, it was broadcast sometime between Christmas and New Year’s, they even took it to Thessaloniki, and they sent me the video. No Signal.

It’s now circulating freely, open to public view. I thank them all for their persistence and care.
